Foster, Tom

He just completed his 40th year as an official with the Tennessee Vally Football Officials Association. He officiated more than 500 high school games. He won the Alabama High School Athletic Association's Distinguished Service Award in 2002. He officiated state championship games in all classes and officiated the North-South All-Star Game. He has served as president, assigning secretary and chairman of the board for the local official association over the past 20 years.
