Bradshaw
She was a three-sport athlete at Bradshaw High School, earning All-State volleyball recognition as a senior in 1980. She also competed in softball and track for the Bruins. She became one of the first four-year letter winners in the Mississippi State volleyball program and served as team captain 1982-1984. She became first team All-SEC as a senior and still ranks fourth all lime at MSU for single-season in hitting percentage. She coached 12 seasons at Northwest¬Shoals Community College, leading the patriots to the national tournament 7 times and at least 30 wins 11 times. Her teams won 7 state titles and finished second in the country in 2000 and finishing in the Top 10 two other times. She earned Regional Coach of the Year three times and State Coach of the Year seven times. She became head volleyball coach at Mississippi Stale in 2004 and has quickly led the Bulldogs to new heights in terms of overall record, SEC win records and tournament appearances. She earned her 500th coaching win in 2007 and was voted into the Colbert County Sports Hall of Fame in 2009.
